Mountaineer Thomas Huber about Mind, Heart and Passion.

»Movement is one of the most important things for me to be happy. I'm addicted to movement and exercise! Every morning I enjoy the fact that I have no daily standard routine. For me, no two days are the same. If you get to live your passion through your everyday work, it's like winning the lottery. If it's beautiful weather I'll go to the mountains, if it is bad I'll stay at home and prepare for speeches. That can take up quite a lot of time of sitting and I’ll need a comfortable, back resting chair. Without movement, psychologically or physically, I would rust. I always have the drive of my passion in my heart. The head's there to do the homework in advance - to plan precisely and structure things. On the mountains, I always follow my heart. Because I train hard, I weigh up risks, cover my back beforehand I can safely let myself go and follow the lead of my heart. The biggest challenges in life are always changes. Evolvements can be painful, but if you can keep your enthusiasm, the joy about life, then you can always move forward. «
